The search entails usually theyll check education and any references.
It all depends on what criteria the company is set up to check for. Some companies want to check out your crinminal record to know if you ever stolen anything from a previous workplace. Other companies are interested in your state of mind so they’ll know if you’re a one, two or three piece personality.
There is one thing that you should be made aware of. Your background is private and thus secret. Permission but be given. Hippa law stuff!!!
For the above person said except almost all companies look at credit now bad credit now bad credit thing because that any of charged or not and medical does count.
